I have been cooking wild game for more than 40 years, two years ago my girlfriend found this at a local store and on a whim picked it up. One day I was going to grill a couple venison steaks and thought I guess today is the day I'll give it a try, I was hooked. I use it on all wild game and season all the meat before I grind it, recently I've been using it and only it for jerky seasoning, my friends and family love it and eat it faster than I can make it.
